These terms explain how website orders, payments and deliveries are handled by London Flower Shop in Doha.

Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. The order becomes confirmed when London Flower Shop verifies product availability, delivery timing, address and payment arrangements through WhatsApp or phone.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Qatari riyals. Available website payment methods are Fawran and Cash on Delivery. Fawran orders remain awaiting payment until the shop verifies the transfer.
Delivery
Delivery is free when the product subtotal is QAR 100 or more. A QAR 30 delivery fee applies when the product subtotal is below QAR 100. Delivery time selections are preferred windows rather than guaranteed exact times. Traffic, recipient availability, weather and events may affect delivery.
Products
Because flowers are natural and seasonal, colour, size and variety may differ slightly from photographs. Where substitution is necessary, the shop will aim to preserve the arrangement’s style, quality and value.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false orders or upload unlawful content. Product photography and site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
